In order to receive a refund or exchange, you must contact me within 15 days of receiving your order so that we can work to resolve the issue. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your card must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Each case will be addressed on an individual basis.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If a refund is necessary, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
I only replace cards if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same card, please contact me and send your item to: Unfiltered™, 10442 Garland Way, Westminster CO 80021.
Orders are shipped 1-3 business days via USPS. To return your order, please mail your product to: Unfiltered™, 10442 Garland Way, Westminster CO 80021. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure I receive your return.
